  1. We do have a Buy, Sell, Trade Group! 
  2. Cash App and Venmo are not automatic payments. If you choose either of these methods at checkout, you must manually send the corresponding payment. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled. Cash App: $baileysuza Venmo: @bailey-suza
  3. RUSH is available on our website and guarantees that your order is pushed to the front of the line. 
  4. Turnaround Time for bummies, rompers, custom name bows, and name clips is 14-21 business days.
  5. All Color Bundles have a 21 business day turnaround time.
  6. CUSTOMS - yes, we do take them. If you visit our customs tab you can upload any seamless file or we can assist you in finding one. We also have a designer on call who can make you one. You would be responsible for buying the file and uploading it to the customs tab.
  7. If you need to put PIGGIES on NYLONS please put that in the product notes.
  8. Rep search is every 3 months (quarterly).
  9. Picking a size is only applicable for headwraps. Piggies are the standard size. 
  10. To stack or mix colors, please add that in the notes.
  11. To receive bows sooner, order them separate from clothes. Bows will follow the longer turnaround time if ordered with clothes.
