Refund policy

Refund Policy is as follows:

-Refunds can take anywhere from 10-15 business days in original form of payment.

-Once the package has been dropped off at USPS it is now out of our hands and you must contact USPS for further information on your package.

-If you are sent the wrong product we offer refunds, exchanges or store credit after the item has been shipped back to LJB and received by us. *We will send a return label if it is our mistake.

-If something is damaged when you get it we will refund, exchange or store credit.

-All items must be returned to LJB and received before refunds are issued. 

-Order can be picked up ANYTIME from the brown bin on the porch. Once order is marked for pickup, you have 14 business days to pickup. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING THE READY FOR PICKUP NOTIFICATION.
